There are 10 Power Berries to find in Harvest Moon Back to Nature. Each Power Berry that you find will increase your maximum stamina by 10. After discovering all ten Power Berries, you will double your stamina, allowing you to work longer on your farm before collapsing due to fatigue.
Power Berry Locations
- Harvest Goddess – She will give you a Power Berry if you throw five items into the waterfall.
- Waterfall Mine – A Power Berry can be randomly dug up here.
- Winter Mine – A Power Berry can be randomly dug up here.
- Behind the Winter Mine – Check the area behind the entrance of the Winter Mine.
- TV Shopping Network – You can buy a Power Berry for 5000G.
- Mineral Beach – A Power Berry can be caught while fishing during Spring or Winter.
- Cedar Tree at Mother’s Hill – Use the ax to cut the tree, but stop when it asks you to.
- Swimming Contest – Win the Swimming Contest to receive a Power Berry.
- Horse Race – Exchange medals for a Power Berry during the festival.
- Gift from Anna – Plant 91 or more flowers to receive a Power Berry from Anna.
Harvest Goddess
You can meet the Harvest Goddess by tossing crops into the waterfall. Any vegetable or fruit from your farm will do the trick.
She will thank you for coming so often and give you a Power Berry if you throw five crops into the waterfall.
Note: The Harvest Goddess will not appear if you throw anything other than crops from your farm. She will accept eggs and milk but not foraged items such as mushrooms, grass, bamboo shoots, or flowers.
Waterfall Mine
The Waterfall Mine is located south of your farm, behind the waterfall. You can randomly dig a Power Berry on any of the mine’s ten floors.
Winter Mine
You can dig another Power Berry while mining inside the Winter Mine. Unlike the Waterfall Mine, the Winter Mine is only accessible when the surrounding lake freezes during winter.
Behind the Winter Mine
During winter, you can walk on the frozen lake at the base of Mother’s Hill. You can find a Power Berry by checking the spot behind the entrance to the Winter Mine.
TV Shopping Network
A Power Berry costs 5000G on the TV Shopping Network. It becomes available once you’ve purchased all of their other products.

Once a week, you can use the phone at the inn to order a single item from the TV Shopping Network. Don’t forget to watch the entire episode of the TV Shopping Network before going to the inn.
Zack will deliver the Power Berry to your house 3 days after placing an order for it.
Mineral Beach
You can catch a Power Berry when fishing at Mineral Beach. You can access the beach through the Town Square.
Tip: You can get a fishing rod from Gregg at Mineral Beach. You can find him on the pier between 7 AM and 10 AM on weekends.
Cedar Tree at Mother’s Hill
Cut down the lone cedar tree at the foot of Mother’s Hill with your ax. When the tree speaks, it will beg you not to cut it down. Stop cutting down the tree, and you will receive a Power Berry.
Swimming Contest
A Power Berry will be given to you as a reward if you win the swimming contest. The event takes place on the first day of summer at Mineral Beach.
Tip: Quickly press the X button until your character gets a “yellow straight face,” then press and hold Triangle until the face goes back to a “yellow smiling face.” Repeat the cycle to win the race.
Horse Race
A Power Berry can be exchanged for 1001 medals at the Horse Race. This event happens on the 18th day of spring, between 10AM and 2:50PM at the Town Square.
You can get medals by speaking to Mayor Thomas and betting on the horses that participate in the race.
Tip: You can place bets on yourself in the horse race if you decide to join it. You’ll get lots of medals if you win the race!
Gift from Anna
If you plant at least 91 flowers on your farm, Anna will visit you after 12 PM on the day the flowers bloom. Select “Give her all she wants” when she asks to take home some flowers. She will give you a Power Berry in return.
Tip: Any flower for the current season will work; just be sure to plant at least 11 bags of flower seeds on your farm.
