The Cave to Another World is the last bonus dungeon in the game, accessible after you complete the main story and the Cave to Another World. At the end of this dungeon you can fight the four elemental spirits.
Preparations
- Be around level 45. The difficulty is not much harder than in the previous dungeon. If you could beat the Cave to Another world, you’re at the right level.
- Have all four pieces of Saint’s Equipment. Depending on the elemental amulet you use at the end of the Cathedral of Blight, a different path will open for you. Use all four to get the Okeanos Sword, Aeras Shield, Pyros Helm and the Gaia Armor.
- Choose the right skills. Your party should have someone with an AOE heal like Hustle Dance and Multiheal. You won’t need many buffs or debuffs, so just choose the vocations with the highest damaging skills you have.
- Have one Yggdrasil Leaf on every party member. In this way you can revive anyone during an emergency.
Exploring the Cave to Yet Another World
Like the previous bonus dungeon, the Cave to Yet Another World is a mishmash of previous dungeons you’ve encountered throughout the game. Once you activate the pillar, enter the double door in front of you.
1st Floor
Just walk straight north and you’ll find the stairs that go to the next floor. You can enter the temple behind, but there’s only a chest with a Pandora’s Box enemy.

2nd Floor
This floor is almost the same as the labyrinth in the Likeness of the Great Spirit. To reach the exit go through the doors in the following order: west, north, north, west, north, west, west, and follow south until you see the exit.

3rd Floor
Follow the pathway south. Ignore the first intersection, and turn left on the second one.

4th Floor
Walk a bit to the east and then follow south. Open the chest on the way to get the Goddess Ring. This accessory is perfect for healers or spellcasters, as it restores 1MP for every 2 steps you give.
Keep walking south and you’ll see the next stairs.

5th Floor
Turn south on the first bifurcation. Turn east on the next one to find a Ruinous Shield and a Pandora’s Box. Go back and keep walking south until you reach an intersection of five paths. Break the pots on the southwestern path to get a Meaty Treat, and the pot on the southeastern path to find a Mini Medal. Take the path south to exit this floor.

6th Floor
To the west of you there’s a healing circle where you can restore your HP and MP. Take the path north to find a Duplic Hat. This unique hat doubles up the damage of whatever you cast.
Head straight south to find the stairs to the next floor.

Last floors
Follow the linear path southwest to get to the next floor. Ignore the stairs to the west (they lead to a dead-end) and enter the main doors to the north.

Fighting the Elemental Spirits
Make sure to heal up your party, because unlike your last boss battle, they won’t be automatically healed. Double-check your gear, and once you’re ready, step up to start the boss fight.

| Wind Spirit | Water Spirit | Fire Spirit | Earth Spirit |
| 1900 HP | 2300 HP | 2900 HP | 3200 HP |
| Compared to The Almighty, this fight is much easier. The Wind Spirit will cast Wind Sickles, the Water Spirit will cast Disruptive Wave, and the Fire and Earth Spirits will do different AOE attacks. Their attacks aren’t so damaging, so a simple group heal like Hustle Dance should be enough to keep you healed every turn. It’s better to take them down one by one than using AOE attacks against them. Focus on the Water Spirit first so you get rid of the Disruptive Wave, and then deal with the rest. |
Once they go down, your party will be fully healed. Step on the whirlpool to reach a room very similar to the Divine Shrine. Inside you’ll find The Almighty. Talk to him and he’ll join the town of The Haven! From now on, you can visit him there and fight him again.
