In order to create the Celestial Globe of Another Sky, you will need the Globe of Another Sky. This ingredient is automatically obtained as part of the main story in Unexpected Reunion, part 3.

You will also need the Silver Crystal from Ryza’s Insight, part 2.

Here is  the other requirement you need to meet for this recipe:

1. Obtain a Dragon-category ingredient: The Celestial Globe of Another Sky also requires a generic Dragon ingredient.

Obtaining a Dragon Ingredient

You will need to collect a Dragon-category ingredient. These can be easily obtained as common drops from Dragon monsters.

You will find plenty of Dragons flying around the Kark Isles, and also at the Hidden Cove area.

Defeat these monsters in battle to obtain Dragon Wings and other Dragon ingredients as common drops.

Synthesizing the Celestial Globe of Another Sky

After collecting all necessary ingredients, return to the Atelier. Use the cauldron and select the Celestial Globe of Another Sky recipe.

Start by adding the Silver Crystal to the central Quality loop.

Add an Elixir-category ingredient to the Quality loop on the top-left.

Use a Dragon-category ingredient in the Quality loop on the top-right.

Insert the Chart of Another Sky in the Quality loop on the bottom.

You can now synthesize the recipe to obtain the Celestial Globe of Another Sky.

Once you complete the synthesis, a sequence of cutscenes will play. You will then advance to the final part of the main story.
