You’ll fight Orgodemir, the final boss in the main story, after clearing up the Cathedral of Blight. This boss has a huge difficulty spike compared to the previous fights of the final chapter, so you should be well prepared.
Preparations
- Be around level 40. You can farm some exp very fast by looking for Metal King Slimes in places like Gröndal.
- Have all four pieces of Saint’s Equipment. Depending on the elemental amulet you use at the end of the Cathedral of Blight, a different path will open for you. Use all four to get the Okeanos Sword, Aeras Shield, Pyros Helm and the Gaia Armor.
- Choose the right skills. Your party should have someone with an AOE heal like Hustle Dance, and also someone with Insulatle and Magic Barrier. Good damaging skills for this fight are Multifist and Sword Dance. Zombie Slayer is very useful for the last phase.
- Have one Yggdrasil Leaf on every party member. In this way you can revive anyone during an emergency.
The Cathedral of Blight
After getting the four elemental amulets, get up on the Skystone. Head for the Cathedral of Blight, on the small island in the middle of the world. The main entrance is locked, so enter the cathedral through the roof.

Get to the lowest level of the cathedral. The layout is the same as before, but there are roaming minions now. When you reach the prison cell, you’ll see a giant hole in the middle. Jump on it.

Take the stairs down in the middle, then go down on the staircase. You’ll be in a room full of poisonous tiles. Go to the northeastern corner to find the next set of stairs.

Step on the switch to unlock the main door, so you can come back here later. Go down another floor by taking the stairs on the southwestern side, and then take the stairs in the middle. The stairs on the corner lead to a chest with a Pandora’s Box, a stronger variant of the Mimic.

There’s a chest with a Mini Medal to the north of you. Take the path south and go down to the next floor. You’ll arrive at a room full of teleportals.

If you want to quickly exit this floor, take the first teleportal, then do them in this order: north, east, west, northwest, and the one on the northeastern corner.

Go down two floors and you’ll reach an area that seems organic. Take the entrance to your right and follow the path until you reach the exit on the northwestern corner.

This room has many giant eggs. If you break them you’ll fight a random minion. Go to the northeastern corner to find the exit. You’ll need to break at least one egg to get through.

After a couple of straight hallways, you’ll be in a rectangular room with a pool in the middle.
If you step in front of the pool and use one of your elemental amulets, a different entrance will show up, depending on what amulet you use. For this guide we’ll use the Water Amulet to enter Whitewater Cave.

Getting the Okeanos Sword
Recommended level: 35
After using the amulet, you’ll be in a flooded room. Head north and in the next room, go north and northeast until you’re out of the water. Follow the path and go down the stairs.

There’s a bifurcation here with two different paths. The path west leads you to a Mysterious Fragment. Take the path south and go down one floor.

If you don’t have the Okeanos Sword yet, skip the teleportal, walk north through the waterfall and open the chest in the middle of this room to find it.

After this go back and step on the teleportal to get to the final boss.
Fighting Orgodemir
Your party will have their HP and MP fully restored. Double-check your items and gear and just walk forward. After going up 3 floors, you’ll find Orgodemir and the fight will start.

Orgodemir
3500 hp, casts Disruptive Wave, Freezing Blizzard, Scorch and Tail whip
Cast Insulatle as soon as the battle starts, to protect yourself from his ice and fire breath attacks, and then have someone casting Kabuff a couple of times. For the first phase, multi-hitting skills like Multifists or Sword Dance tend to be more useful than big damaging ones, so you don’t need to cast Oomph on your main hitter.Keep hitting him with one or two characters, while having one party member casting Hustle Dance every turn to keep everyone healed. After getting some damage it looks like he’ll go down but…

Orgodemir – second phase
3300 hp, attacks twice, casts Disruptive Wave, Energy Balls, Scorch, Knuckle Sandwich, Lullab-Eye and Wind Sickles
Orgodemir goes back to his humanoid form. He starts attacking twice per turn and besides its breath attack, he also uses spells now.Keep Insulatle and Magic Barrier up at all times. Sometimes he’ll use Disruptive Wave to clean up all your buffs, so you’ll have to cast them again. Be careful with Lullab-Eye, as having a party member asleep can seriously mess up your strategy.Damage him in the same way as the first phase, while healing your party every turn. After some turns he’ll fall and…

Orgodemir – third phase
---
3000 hp, attacks twice, casts Beatdown, Disruptive Wave, Venom Mist, Weird Whacker, Magma Blast and Ferocious Roar
He turned into a zombie now! He doesn’t cast spells anymore so you don’t need Magic Barrier in this phase, but he has a poisonous breath. He’s a zombie-type monster now, so if you have a party member with zombie-damaging skills, cast Oomph on them and attack mainly with that character. This phase is shorter and easier than the previous two, so take a moment to restore the MP of any character you need. After he goes down there’s still one more phase…

Orgodemir – fourth phase
4500 hp, attacks twice, can summon minions, casts Press, Frigid Ice, Scorch, Evil Prayer, Meditation, Paralysis Attack and Disruptive Wave
The final and harder phase. Keeping Insulatle up all the time is a priority. He uses Disruptive Wave more often now. He’ll also summon two minions, Orgon and Orglob, who have around 500 hp each. As soon as he summons one, focus on them until they’re gone, even if he heals himself meanwhile. As for damaging him, once again he’s very weak to attacks like Undead Undoer and Zombiesbane. Use those skills combined with Oomph and keep your party at full HP at the start of every turn. Orgodemir will die after 15 turns or so.
Congratulations! Orgodemir is gone! Your party will be teleported to the Divine Shrine, and you’ll speak to all the important NPCs you met through the game before the end credits roll in.
Note: even if the main story ended, you can still load your save and keep playing. There are a couple of very difficult post-game dungeons and bosses for you to find.
