You can create the Demolition Bombs of 30 Quality with just two ingredients. The most important part of the recipe is to use a Bomb with at least 30 Quality.
In order to proceed, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Unlock the Bomb recipe: You will need a Bomb in order to synthesize the Demolition Bombs. Unlocking the Bomb recipe costs 150 SP.
- Collect the necessary ingredients: You will need a Crimson Ore, at least two other Fuel-type ingredients, and a Sand-type ingredient.
Gathering the Ingredients
Before moving on to the Demolition Bombs, you need to start by synthesizing a Bomb.
The node for the Bomb recipe is the second one on the left side of the Skill Tree. You will need 150 SP in order to unlock it.
After obtaining the Bomb recipe, you will need to collect the synthesis materials for it. You will find all ingredients on Meeresbrise Highway.
Make sure to gather ingredients that meet the 30 Quality requirement.
There are two Fuel-type ingredients you can use.
The first one is the Crimson Ore, which you can obtain from boulders on the side of the road. Use the staff on them to collect the synthesis material.
Alternatively, you can also use Beehives. You will find them under the large trees on the side of the road.
For the Sand-type ingredient, look for the piles of rubble on the side of the road. Collect them to obtain the Ashen Sand.
Synthesizing a Bomb
After collecting the ingredients, return to the Atelier. First, you will need to synthesize a single Bomb with at least 30 Quality.
Use the cauldron, scroll down the list and select the Bomb recipe.
Start off by inserting a Crimson Ore into the Effect 2 loop in the center. Make sure to use an ingredient with at least 30 Quality.
Next, move on to the remaining two loops. Insert a Fuel-type ingredient into the Traits loop. Again, make sure this material meets the 30 Quality requirement.
Insert the Sand-type ingredient in the Effect 3 loop. Once more, use an ingredient with at least 30 Quality.
By doing this, your Bomb will meet the 30 Quality requirement.
After that, press the “Synthesize” button and you will be taken to the synthesis screen. The item’s Quality is displayed on the right side of the screen.
If one of your ingredients has the “Quality” trait, selecting it will add Quality to your Bomb.
Once you confirm your Bomb’s stats, press the “Synthesize” button again. Select “Yes” to complete the recipe.
Synthesizing the Demolition Bombs
After synthesizing the Bomb, scroll down the list. Select the Demolition Bomb recipe.
This recipe will automatically synthesize three Demolition Bombs.
Insert a Fuel-type ingredient into the Traits loop in the center. Use an ingredient with at least 30 Quality.
Next, move to the Quality loop below and insert the Bomb.
At Fire element level 2, this loop adds 20 Quality to the Demolition Bombs. With this, you will easily meet the minimum 30 Quality requirement.
After that, press the “Synthesize” button. On the next screen, press “Synthesize” again to create the Demolition Bombs.
Head over to the Weisheit Academy District and enter Abelheim Manor.
Deliver the Demolition Bombs to Volker and you will complete the quest.
