In order to create the Disturbing Bell, you will need an Amber Fragment.

Aside from the Amber Fragment, you will also need to clear the following requirement:

  1. Synthesize an Ingot: The Ingot is the other non-generic core ingredient required for the Disturbing Bell’s recipe.

You will automatically learn the Disturbing Bell recipe by returning to the Atelier.

Obtaining the Ingredients

You will only need to collect an Amber Fragment.

Fast travel to Nemed Forest – Dragon Tree. Use the Woodcutter’s Axe on the amber-colored crystals in order to obtain the Amber Fragment.

Synthesizing the Disturbing Bell

After obtaining an Amber Fragment, return to the Nemed Region Atelier. Make sure to also synthesize an Ingot in case you don’t have one.

Use the cauldron and select the Disturbing Bell recipe.

Start from the Effect 4 loop at the top of the recipe. Insert a Thread-category ingredient.

Next, add an Amber Fragment to the Effect 1 loop.

Insert an Ingot in the Effect 2 loop.

Use a Lumber-category ingredient in the Effect 3 loop to complete the recipe.

After that, you can synthesize the Disturbing Bell.

In order to advance the main story, you will need to head over to the Chief’s Manor at night. After that, you will be able to return to the Ruins of Nemed and use the Disturbing Bell.
