Duke runs Aja Winery, along with his wife Manna. He loves drinking wine so much that Manna constantly argues with him about his constant drinking.
Duke named the winery after his daughter, Aja. They had a quarrel some time ago, and Aja moved out of Mineral Town. Manna wishes for her daughter to come home, but Duke is stubborn and still doesn’t want to talk about their daughter.

Events with Duke
Winery Job
Date: Fall 14
Time: 6:00 AM
Duke will come to your house and ask you if you could help to harvest grapes at the vineyard tomorrow. If you agree to help, he will tell you to come to the winery at 10 AM the following day. Duke will also ask you to find another person to help at the winery.
Cliff is the only person willing to help you at the winery, so ask him to come with you. After harvesting the grapes at the winery, Duke will offer Cliff a permanent job. This is the only way to keep Cliff from leaving the town at the end of the year.
Warning! If you didn’t ask Cliff about the winery job, he will permanently leave Mineral Town and will only come back to visit.
Manna and Duke’s Argument
Date: Saturdays
Time: 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
You can only trigger this event after Cliff gets the job at the winery.
Manna and Duke are arguing about the missing wine they are supposed to sell, which Manna finds under their bed. Duke argues that he only drinks it for research purposes. Manna yells at Duke and becomes upset, thinking that Cliff will leave them like their daughter, Aja.
Duke says that he will try his best to cut down on his drinking.
Doug vs Duke
Date: Thursdays, rainy days only
Time: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
When you visit the Inn during this time, you’ll find Doug and Duke arguing about something. Ann asks for your help to try to split the two up. Doug and Duke break up, but now they’re laughing, as they can’t remember what they were arguing about.
Duke vs Karen
Date: Any
Time: 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM
This event triggers once you’ve become friends with Karen. You’ll find Duke and Karen having a drinking competition, which Karen wins. Doug asks you to bring Duke home, and Manna thanks you for bringing him home safely.
Customers for Kai
Date: Any date, summer season only
Time: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Duke is one of the customers who visits Kai’s restaurant during this event.
Visit Kai’s restaurant at Mineral Beach between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Kai tells you he doesn’t have any customers. Popuri shows up with a lot of customers, and now Kai is worried that it’ll be too difficult for him to cook for all of them. You agree to help Kai, and he thanks you for your help.
Note: The day will end when you trigger this event, so finish all your tasks before going to the beach.
