Here is what you will need to do in this part:
- Raise your Alchemy Level up to 20.
- Synthesize a Bomb with at least 50 Quality.
- Unlock Gem Reduction and Item Rebuild.
Lubart’s Second Task – Synthesizing a Bomb
Spend the two free days synthesizing at the Atelier. Try to raise your Alchemy Level up to 20.
After that, fast travel back to the Boden District. The game will proceed automatically from here.
You will run into Bos again. At the end of the conversation, Klaudia will reveal that Lubart has another task.
This time, he will ask you to help clear some debris in the Old Town.
For this task, you will need to synthesize a Bomb with at least 50 Quality. You can learn how to do it here.
Place the bomb on the marker, and then watch the cutscene.
After that, return to the Atelier in order to unlock the Gem Reduction and Item Rebuild options.
While not particularly useful this early in the game, you will be using these two features a lot later on. You can learn more about Gems here.
Spend the free day synthesizing, and then Klaudia will show up at the Atelier to play her flute again.
Empel and Lila will also show up to report on their investigation. Read through the dialogue, and then fast travel back to the Boden District to advance to part 5.
