In order to make the Flame Hair Clip, you will need a Duet Solvent Solution and Lujada’s Fairystones.

Here are the requirements you need to clear in order to proceed:

1. Obtain a Duet Stock Solution: You can collect some Duet Stock Solution from the lake in Spinel Forest.
2. Synthesize a Duet Solvent Solution: You will use the Duet Stock Solution collected earlier to create a Duet Solvent Solution.
3. Collect Lujada’s Fairystones: You can obtain Lujada’s Fairystones near the Mine Resthouse in the Sardonica region.
4. Synthesize a Neutralizer: The Flame Hair Clip recipe also requires a Neutralizer-category ingredient, of any color.

You will automatically learn the Flame Hair Clip recipe upon returning to the Atelier.

Collecting the Ingredients

You will need some Duet Stock Solution for the Duet Solvent Solution. Additionally, you will also need to collect Lujada’s Fairystones for the Flame Hair Clip.

Duet Stock Solution

For the Duet Stock Solution, fast travel to Astrad Heights – Spinel Forest. Walk down the wooden ramp near the landmark.

Interact with the gathering spot on the lake in order to collect the Duet Stock Solution.

Lujada’s Fairystones

In order to gather the Lujada’s Fairystones, fast travel to Astrad Heights – Mine Resthouse.

Climb down the ladders and head to the lowest level. Use the Hammer on the lilac crystals to collect Lujada’s Fairystones.

Synthesizing the Flame Hair Clip

With all ingredients already in hand, return to the Atelier.

Start off by synthesizing the Duet Solvent Solution. Just follow the same recipe you synthesized in Federica Lamberti, Part 1 and in For Federica, Part 1.

After creating the Duet Solvent Solution, select the Flame Hair Clip recipe.

Insert the Duet Solvent Solution in the central Quality loop.

Add a Sand-category ingredient to the Quality loop on the bottom.

Insert the Lujada’s Fairystones in the Quality loop on the top.

Add a Neutralizer-category ingredient to the Quality loop on the right side.

With all four core loops filled out, you can now synthesize the recipe.

After obtaining the Flame Hair Clip, fast travel to Sardonica – Fairystone Workshop. Enter the building and deliver the Flame Hair Clip to Alberta in order to clear the quest.
