The following methods are how you can get Foamy Water :
- By harvesting Water Gathering Points in at Weissberg Volcano, Meteor Castle, Liese Valley or Pynnor Holy Tower, with the absolute fastest one being Weissberg Volcano – Iron Race Summit .
- By using Travel Bottles to create a mini-area that spawns Foamy Water, although this isn’t recommended as the harvesting method is faster.
No gathering tools are needed to get Foamy Water, so it can be done at any time.
Best Locations for Farming Foamy Water
Weissberg Volcano – Iron Race Summit
The fastest ways to get Foamy Water is by harvesting the Water Gathering Point found at a hot spring in Weissberg Volcano – Iron Race Summit.
First, travel to Weissberg Volcano – Iron Race Summit.
Once you arrive, head north and take the Left (Northwest) path at the fork in the road.
At the end of the path will be a hot spring and Water Gathering Node where you can get Foamy Water. Watch out for the Hide Shark that’s in the water. It’s not aggressive so it won’t chase you, but it wanders around randomly and will start a fight if it touches you.
When you gather at this node, you’ll get both Clear Water and Foamy Water in roughly equivalent amounts. It never runs out so if you spam Gather for a minute or two, you’ll collect enough Foamy Water and Clean Water to fill up your inventory and fulfill pretty much any of your synthesizing needs.
Using Travel Bottles to farm Foamy Water
Typically, we would include a Travel Bottle section along with a list of available bottle codes you can use to access areas with Foamy Water. However, the method described above is so much faster and effortless that there would be absolutely no benefit to using Travel Bottles to farm Foamy Water even if you wanted to split farm two materials.
In the amount of time it would take you to input the bottle code, load into the travel bottle world, run around and harvest the roughly 10 to 16 Foamy Water in the travel bottle world while avoiding combat with the world’s enemies then exiting the world, you could have collected enough Foamy Water from the Sweet River source to fill up your entire inventory.
For this reason, we won’t be including a Travel Bottle section for Foamy Water. The original method is simply the superior method regardless of your progress in the game.
