Unlocking the Shrine Maiden’s Dance Recipe
Before getting started, you will need to discover the Old Fairystone Silo in Cleria.
While this landmark is located on the northeast of the Astrad Heights area, you can only access it from the Giant Water Wheel.
Cross the bridge to the southwest of the Cleria region Atelier, then head east along the trail.

After discovering the Old Fairystone Silo, fast travel to Sardonica – Fairystone Workshop.
Enter the workshop, then talk to Alberta.

She will task you with the normal quest “The Recipe Sleeps at the Old Fairystone Silo”.

Fast travel to Astrad Heights – Old Fairystone Silo.
Head down the stairs and walk to the wooden door. Use the Secret Key on the door to enter the silo.
You will need the Secret Key another six times during the quest, so make sure you have enough uses left.

You must clear the monsters in the first room in order to advance. You will face three battles, taking on two Earth Masters in each of them.

After defeating the monsters, head over to the end of the room and unlock the second door with your Secret Key.

In the second room, use the Secret Key again to unlock the third door.

In the third room, you will fight two battles against land shark monsters. Each battle will have three waves.
The first wave consists of two Hide Sharks.

In the second wave, you will take on a Megamouth.

In the third and final wave, you will fight against a Spinal Fin.

After clearing the room, use the Secret Key again to open the fourth door.

Use the Secret Key again and open the door to the fifth room.

This time around, you will fight a two-wave battle against wyrm-type monsters.
The first one is a Cloud Liner.

The second monster is the King of Storms.

After defeating the two monsters, use the Secret Key to open the sixth door.

Walk to the door at the end of the room and use the Secret Key for the final time.

In the final room, walk to the center and interact with the pile of books.

Return to Sardonica – Fairystone Workshop and report the quest to Alberta. She will then give you the Shrine Maiden’s Dance recipe as a reward.

Head back to the Atelier and you will learn the weapon’s recipe.

Obtaining the Ingredients
The Shrine Maiden’s Dance requires a Millennial Tree, as well as Grand Orgen ingots. You can buy the Millennial Tree from Romy at Kurken Port.
Millennial Tree
Fast travel to Kurken Island – Fairystone Lighthouse. You will find Romy right in front of the landmark.

Talk to her, then select the “Coin Exchange” option.

Choose the Young Old Tree, which is the first item on the top left corner.
You will need 5 Gold Coins, which you can easily obtain by completing random quests, or by digging around with the Spirit Beast.

Synthesizing the Shrine Maiden’s Dance
After obtaining the Millennial Tree, return to the Atelier.
First, create 11 Grand Orgen ingots.

Select the Shrine Maiden’s Dance recipe.
Start by adding a Millennial Tree to the Effect 2 loop.

You will automatically move to the Effect 1 loop. Use the remaining ingredient slots to add as many Grand Orgen ingots as possible to this loop.
If you’ve already unlocked all the nodes in the Skill Tree, you will be able to add 11 ingots.

After completing the two core loops, synthesize the recipe right away. You will add the effects later with Item Rebuild.

In order to max out the Shrine Maiden’s Dance’s effects, you will need these ingredients:
- Grand Orgen (Ice Element level 6 loop).
- Millennial Tree (Air Element level 4 loop).
- Two Ingot-category ingredients (Ice Element levels 3 and 5).
- Seven Jewel-category ingredients (Ice Element levels 3 and 4; Air Element levels 3 and 6; Bolt Element levels 3 and 5; Fire Element level 4).
You can use Jewel ingredients with Effect Spread, like the Philosopher’s Stone, the Olden Philosopher’s Stone, or Arc-en-Ciel, to quickly fill out all loops.
With all loops filled up, the Shrine Maiden’s Dance will have the following effects:
- Ritual of Invocation of the Gods: extends the duration of applied buffs and magnifies stats boosts.
- Mark of Assistance 6: raises Federica’s Supporter level.

You can further improve Shrine Maiden’s Dance with the furnace, using the Reinforce Equipment command. This will allow you to add Traits and Super Traits, and will also let you boost your equipmen’ts stats up to 999.
Best Weapon for Federica
Unlike the previous two Ryza games, Ryza 3 does not have weapon morphs. Each weapon has a standalone recipe instead.
Because of this, all five weapons are viable, offering greater build flexibility.
Federica has another four weapons available:
| Weapon | Primary Ingredient | Secondary Ingredient | Effect 1 | Effect 2 |
| Iron Fan | Ingot | (Flowers) | Reduces damage taken | Increases Defense by 20 |
| Purple Orchid | Startium | Wing Plant | Increases evasion | Supporter level up |
| Scarlet Heaven | Creaminea | Glass Flower | Increases skill damageRestores HP based on the damage dealt | Defender level up |
| Jing Qing Fan | Goldoterion | Blue Flame Ember | Gains additional AP from normal attacksReduces the wait time for skills | Attacker level up |
These weapons will have slightly lower stats compared to the Shrine Maiden’s Dance, but the difference is only almost unnoticeable, and only worth a few points.
If you decide to create one of the older weapons, look for a loop that requires generic Ingot-category ingredients, if available.
Follow the recipe flow until you reach that loop, then dump as many Grand Orgen ingots as possible into it.
