You’ll find this cursed weapon on the fourth floor of the Colossus Tower, in the isle of Riverton. This weapon is unique and can’t be found or bought anywhere else in this game.
Preparations
- Have the Ultimate Key. You’ll need it to open the gates to the Colossus. You can get it by helping the queen of Femiscyra.
- Be at least level 25. Around Rosehill would be a good place to grind some levels.
Finding the Colossus
From Mintos, get on your ship and sail southwest to the big island on the world map. The island is surrounded by mountains but you can still enter through the river on the north side.
Sail down the river and you’ll enter Riverton town. You can navigate this town on your ship. Keep sailing south until you exit the town, then sail through the eastern branch of the river. Land where the river ends and walk a bit south to reach the Colossus statue
Finding Hela’s Hammer
Open the main gate with your ultimate key to enter the Colossus Tower. Most monsters in here shouldn’t give you much trouble, but be careful with the Blizzybodies, as they can cast an instant death spell on your party members.
From the first floor, just head north and get to the stairs. Walk east from this floor to get up another set of stairs that will take you to the back side of the previous floor. Pick the stairs in the middle of the pathway to get to the next floor.
This floor is something of a labyrinth. Head west, turn south on the first corner, then east and south again until you reach the end of the room. Now walk west and turn north on the first entrance you see; follow that path and you’ll see the stairs to the next floor past the two pillars.
From here just follow the main path to the east until the next stairs, then get through the southern exit. You’ll stand outside the tower, in the Colossus’ left hand. Pick the chest on his hand to get Hela’s Hammer.
Congratulations! This cursed hammer can be used by your hero and Ragnar. It has a mediocre attack and an awful accuracy of only 37.5%, but every time it hits it will be a critical attack. This makes this weapon very useful to farm Metal Slimes for EXP, as every critical hit ignores any defense, so it will one-shot even the stronger King Metal Slime.
