In order to create all types of seeds, you will need to complete four recipe morphs.

All these morphs start from the Plant Seeds recipe, which you will obtain during the main story.

Seeds allow you to grow high Quality ingredients, with high-end Traits as well.

Here are the requirements you need to clear in order to create all five seeds:

1. Obtain a Sapling Branch: The Sapling Branch is necessary for the Plant Seeds recipe.
2. Obtain a Stalactite Fragment: You will need a Stalactite Fragment for the Stone Seeds.
3. Gather Plant Essence: The Plant Essence will let you create the Water Seeds.
4. Collect Flame Black Sand: The Flame Black Sand will morph the Stone Seeds into Fire Seeds.
5. Obtain a Holy Stone Fragment: With a Holy Stone Fragment, you will morph the Water Seeds into Mystic Seeds.

Synthesizing All Seeds

There are five seed types in total:

• Plant Seeds.
• Stone Seeds.
• Water Seeds.
• Fire Seeds.
• Mystic Seeds.

Start the synthesis by selecting the recipe for the Plant Seed. You will need a Sapling Branch to get started.

The Plant Seed recipe will morph into Stone Seeds and Water Seeds.

The Recipe loop for the Stone Seeds is located on the bottom-left of the recipe. You will need a Stalactite Fragment and Lightning Element level 4.

The Recipe loop for the Water Seeds is located on the bottom-right of the recipe. This loop uses Plant Essence as the ingredient and has a Wind Element level 4 requirement.

You will need these two new recipes to create the remaining seeds.

The Stone Seeds will morph into Fire Seeds, with Flame Black Sand as the ingredient. The Recipe loop is on the bottom of the recipe, and requires Fire Element level 3.

The Water Seeds will morph into Mystic Seeds, using a Holy Stone Fragment as the ingredient. The Recipe loop is also on the bottom of the recipe, and requires Ice Element level 3.

Understanding How Seeds Work

After obtaining all five recipes, you will need to synthesize and then rebuild each seed.

The seeds have four effects:

• High Growth, which speeds up the seeds’ growth and lets you harvest them in fewer days.
• Gather Quantity Up, which increases the number of ingredients you will be able to harvest.
• Trait Level Up, which can boost an ingredient’s Trait level up to 30.
• Rare Gather Rate Up, which increases the rarity of the ingredients harvested from seeds.

You will be able to plant seeds in the garden outside the Atelier.

Seeds take between one and three days to grow. With the High Growth XL effect, seeds will be fully grown and ready to harvest after a single day.

Mystic Seeds are an exception to this rule. They will still take two days even with the High Growth XL effect.

Ingredients harvested from seeds will have between 50% and 100% of the seeds’ Quality. In other words, 999 Quality seeds are guaranteed to yield ingredients with at least 500 Quality, up to 999.

Each seed will yield ingredients from specific categories. Ingredients with multiple categories can be harvested from different seeds.

We will now take a closer look at each one of the five seed types.

Plant Seeds

Plant Seeds require a Sapling Branch as its main ingredient.

You can obtain the Sapling Branch by using the staff on the shrubs at Meteor Castle – Heatwave Gate.

You can also find these shrubs at Pynnor Holy Tower – Sanctuary Garden, under the stone bridge.

In order to max out the four effect loops in the Plant Seeds recipe, you will need these ingredients:

• Spice-category ingredients (Fire Element level 5 loop).
• Sapling Branch (Wind Element level 9 loop).
• Uni-category ingredients (Lightning Element level 5 loop).
• Plant-category ingredients (Ice Element level 9 loop). 
• Spice-category ingredients (Ice Element level 5 loop).
• Sapling Branch (Wind Element level 9 loop).
• Plant-category ingredients (Wind Element level 5 loop).
• Spice-category ingredients (Fire Element level 9 loop).

Plant Seeds can yield ingredients from the following categories:

• Plant.
• Flower.
• Medicinal.
• Fruit.
• Thread.

Stone Seeds

Stone Seeds require Stalactite Fragments as the main ingredient.

You can obtain Stalactite Fragments by using the Woodcutter’s Axe on the stalactites at Weissberg Volcano – Hidden Village.

In order to max out the Stone Seeds’ effects, you will need these ingredients:

• Spice-category ingredients (Fire Element level 5 loop).
• Stalactite Fragment (Lightning Element level 9 loop).
• Uni-category ingredients (Lightning Element level 5 loop).
• Stone-category ingredients (Fire Element level 9 loop).
• Spice-category ingredients (Ice Element level 5 loop).
• Stalactite Fragment (Lightning Element level 9 loop).
• Stone-category ingredients (Wind Element level 5 loop).
• Spice-category ingredients (Fire Element level 9 loop).

Stone Seeds can yield ingredients of the following categories:

• Sand.
• Stone.
• Ore.
• Medicinal.

Water Seeds

For Water Seeds, you will need Plant Essence as the primary ingredient.

Plant Essence can be gathered by using the Hammer on most plants.

You will need these ingredients to max out all of the Water Seeds’ effects:

• Spice-category ingredients (Fire Element level 5 loop).
• Plant Essence (Wind Element level 9 loop).
• Uni-category ingredients (Lightning Element level 5 loop).
• Seafood-category ingredients (Wind Element level 9 loop).
• Spice-category ingredients (Ice Element level 5 loop).
• Plant Essence (Wind Element level 9 loop).
• Seafood-category ingredients (Ice Element level 5 loop).
• Spice-category ingredients (Fire Element level 9 loop).

Water Seeds can yield ingredients from the categories listed below:

• Water.
• Seafood.
• Gas.
• Puniball.

Fire Seeds

Fire Seeds require Flame Black Sand as the main ingredient.

You can gather Flame Black Sand by using the Bomb Rod on the stone pillars at Weissberg Volcano – Iron Race Summit.

Fire Seeds require the following ingredients in order to max out all the effect loops:

• Spice-category ingredients (Fire Element level 5 loop).
• Flame Black Sand (Fire Element level 9 loop).
• Uni-category ingredients (Lightning Element level 5 loop).
• Gunpowder-category ingredients (Ice Element level 9 loop).
• Spice-category ingredients (Ice Element level 5 loop).
• Flame Black Sand (Fire Element level 9 loop).
• Gunpowder-category ingredients (Fire Element level 5 loop).
• Spice-category ingredients (Fire Element level 9 loop).

Fire Seeds can yield ingredients from these categories:

• Fuel.
• Gunpowder.
• Lumber.

Mystic Seeds

Mystic Seeds use the Holy Stone Fragment as their main ingredient.

You can obtain the Holy Stone Fragment at Pynnor Holy Tower – Sanctuary Garden. 

One option is to use the Bomb Rod on the Holy Arbor logs scattered around the area. You can find more of them by heading under the stone bridge.

As an alternative, you can also obtain the Holy Stone Fragment from the green crystals under the stone bridge.

In order to max out all of the Mystic Seeds’ effects, you will need these ingredients:

• Spice-category ingredients (Fire Element level 5 loop).
• Holy Stone Fragment (Ice Element level 7 loop).
• Uni-category ingredients (Lightning Element level 3 loop).
• Mystery-category ingredients (Ice Element level 7 loop).
