You can make the Kaiser Cape by adding an Imperial Fish to the Weise Cloth recipe. The Kaiser Cape is the final morph in the Cloth’s recipe tree.
Before getting started, make sure to meet these requirements:
- Create the Divine Fishing Rod: In order to obtain the Imperial Fish, you will need a rod with Gathering Rank 3. Synthesizing a Divine Fishing Rod is the easiest way to obtain this effect. The other option would be using an Ice Essence on a Fishing Rod to unlock the effect.
- Make multiple Weise Cloths: You can add Weise Cloths to the Kaiser Cape in order to accumulate stats.
Where to Find the Imperial Fish
You can find the Imperial Fish in all three of Mirage Land’s fishing spots.
The first one is in the southwest of Phantasm Forest, and is located just behind the Savage Assassin.

The second fishing spot is at the Spirit Tree’s Resting Place, on the island right in the center of the map.
This fishing spot is located right at the top of the tall boulder on the northern part of the island.

You can also find the Imperial Fish in Northern Lands – Water Spirit’s Sanctuary. The fishing spot is located at the waterfall near the bottom of the stairway.

After obtaining the Imperial Fish, return to the Atelier.
Synthesizing the Kaiser Cape
You will have to start the synthesis from the Cloth recipe.
By starting from the first recipe, you will be able to add more ingredients. This will help you with the Kaiser Cape’s stats.
You will need the following ingredients in order to complete all morphs:
- Three Neutralizer-type ingredients.
- Thread-type ingredient.
- A second Thread-type ingredient (Lightning Element level 3 loop).
- Plant-type ingredient.
- Animal Hide (Fire Element level 1 loop).
- Alchemy Fibers (Lightning Element level 5 loop).
- Another unit of Alchemy Fibers.
- Delphi Rose (Ice Element level 2 loop).
- A second Delphi Rose (Ice Element level 3 loop).
- Arbor Ivy (Ice Element level 3 loop).
- Neutralizer-type ingredient (Fire Element level 4 loop).
- Two Heavenly Strings (Ice Element level 3 loops).
- Two Gas-type ingredients.
- Mythical Hide (Lightning Element level 3 loop).
- Master Leather (Wind Element level 4 loop).
- Master Leather (Wind Element level 3 loop).
- Magical-type ingredient.
- Stahl Fiber (Lightning Element level 4 loop).
- Imperial Fish (Fire Element level 4 loop).
- 14 Weise Cloths with the “Gear Synth All +” and “Gear Synth: DEF/SPD +” effects.
In the Cloth recipe, start from the Quality loop and continue all the way up.
Insert a Neutralizer-type ingredient in the Quality loop.

Add a Thread-type ingredient to the Traits loop.

Use a Thread-type ingredient in the Effect 1 loop. This loop requires Lightning Element level 3.

Continue to the loop above and insert a Plant-type ingredient in the second Quality loop.

Move to the loop on the right. Insert an Animal Hide in the Recipe loop to complete the first morph. You will need Fire Element level 1 for this loop.
Do not synthesize any of the recipes. Just keep going all the way until you obtain the Kaiser Cape.

In the Beastial Air recipe, add Alchemy Fibers to the Effect 1 loop. It requires Lightning Element level 5.
Continue to the loop below this one.

Insert Alchemy Fibers in the second Effect 1 loop.

Use a Delphi Rose in the Recipe loop to complete the second morph. This loop has an Ice Element level 2 requirement.

In the Sorcery Rose recipe, insert a Delphi Rose in the Effect 1 loop, which requires Ice Element level 3. Continue to the loop above this one.

Add an Arbor Ivy to the second Effect 1 loop, which also has an Ice Element level 3 requirement.

Insert a Neutralizer-type ingredient in the third Effect 1 loop. This loop requires Fire Element level 4.

Use the Heavenly String in the Recipe loop to complete the third morph. You will need Ice Element level 3.

In the Eldrocode recipe, insert Heavenly Strings in the Effect 1 loop. You will need Ice Element level 3 again.
Continue to the loop on the bottom-right.

Add a Gas-type ingredient to the Traits loop. You can use a Sorcery Rose to pick up a few extra stat points.
Move to the loop right above this one.

Insert a Mythical Hide in the second Effect 1 loop.

Add a Neutralizer-type ingredient to the Quality loop.

Insert a Gas-type ingredient in the third Effect 1 loop. Again, you can use a Sorcery Rose for additional stats.

Add a Mythical Hide to the fourth Effect 1 loop.

Use a Master Leather in the Recipe loop, which has a Wind Element level 4 requirement.

In the Weise Cloth recipe, add Master Leather to the Effect 1 loop. It requires Wind Element level 3.
Proceed to the loops on the right side.

In the Traits loop, use a Magical-type ingredient. Continue to the loop right above this one.

Insert a Stahl Fiber in the second Effect 1 loop, which requires Lightning Element level 4.

Add a Neutralizer-type ingredient to the Quality loop. Move to the loop on the left corner.

Use the Imperial Fish in the Recipe loop to morph the Weise Cloth into a Kaiser Cape. This loop has a Fire Element level 4 requirement.
Don’t synthesize the recipe yet.

In the Kaiser Cape recipe, jump straight to the Effect 2 loop. Using all the remaining ingredients, add as many Weise Cloths as possible.
You should be able to add about 14 units. Doing this will let you stack up their effects, generating additional stat points.

After adding all Weise Cloths, you can synthesize the Kaiser Cape. You will be able to add the effects later with Item Rebuild.
If you want to prioritize the effects instead, you can skip this step.
Use a Wind Essence on the second Effect 1 loop to upgrade Morale Boost L into Morale Boost XL. With a Fire Essence on the second Effect 2 loop, you will upgrade Imperial Awe into Imperial Loyalty.

In order to max out all the Kaiser Cape’s effect loops, you will need these ingredients:
- Imperial Fish (Fire Element level 4 loop).
- At least another three Imperial Fishes (Fire Element level 9 loops).
- Dragon-type ingredient (Fire Element level 3 loop).
- Another Dragon-type ingredient. (Wind Element level 7 loop).
- A third Dragon-type ingredient. (Ice Element level 9 loop).
- A fourth Dragon-type ingredient. (Fire Element level 9 loop).
- Thread-type ingredient (Ice Element level 4 loop).
- Thread-type ingredient (Lightning Element level 4 loop).
- Thread-type ingredient (Wind Element level 9 loops).
With all loops maxed out, the Kaiser Cape will have these effects:
- Morale Boost L.
- Imperial Awe.
- Enhance Skills +10%.
- ATK +20.

If you’ve already unlocked the Evolution Link node in the Skill Tree, you will also be able to add an EV-Effect.
