You will be able to create the Living Bell after you complete the Cemetery Bell’s Exploration Diary.
Make sure to clear the following requirements before proceeding:
- Obtain the Broken Orb: You will find the Broken Orb on the north section of the Garden of Reincarnation.
- Synthesize an Ingot: You will need an Ingot-type ingredient to create the Living Bell Fragment. Unlocking the Ingot recipe costs 250 SP.
- Obtain the Living Bell recipe: You will automatically unlock the Living Bell’s recipe once you complete the Exploration Diary for the Cemetery Bell.
- Collect the ingredients: You will need an Amatite Ore, an Ore-type ingredient, a Stone-type ingredient, a Virgo Requiem Flower, and a Magic-type ingredient.
Unlocking the Recipes
The Living Bell Fragment recipe is a reward for completing the Cemetery Bell’s Ruin Crystal.
For the “Secret of the Grand Bell” section, you will need the following memories:
- The memory with the keywords “small bell” and “jewel embedded in its clapper”.
- The memory with the keywords “kingdom of the dead” and “awaken”.
Next, move on to the “Sealed Within” section, which requires the following memories:
- The memory with the keywords “unable to ring the grand bell” and “lost part of the bell”.
- The memory with the keywords “powerful seal” and “lift the seal”.
For the “Silent Bell’s Clapper” section, you will need these memories:
- The memory with the keywords “grand bell” and “someone who can be trusted”.
- The memory with the keywords “world is at peace” and “key to open a new path”.
After completing all sections, you will unlock the Living Bell Fragment’s recipe.
Next, you will also need to unlock the Ingot recipe.
In order to unlock the Ingot recipe, you will need to unlock the Neutralizers recipe first. Both recipes are located on the right side of the Skill Tree.
Unlocking the Neutralizers recipe costs 150 SP. The Ingot recipe requires 250 SP.
Gathering the Ingredients
For the Ingot, you will need the following ingredients:
- An Amatire Ore.
- An Ore-type ingredient.
- A Stone-type ingredient.
Fast travel to the Mausoleum of Eternity – Forgotten Ruins.
You can obtain an Amatie Ore by collecting the boulders with black ores on them. These boulders are located on the northwest part of the map.
For the other Ore-type ingredient, you can use Aqua Ores, which you can obtain on the east part of the map. Use the staff on the boulders with blue ores.
For the other Ore-type ingredient, you can use Aqua Ores, which you can obtain on the east part of the map. Use the staff on the boulders with blue ores.
Still on the east part of the map, you will find these stone pillars. Use the staff on them to obtain an Ancient Pillar as the Stone-type ingredient.
You will also need to collect the following ingredients for the Living Bell Fragment:
- The Broken Orb.
- A Virgo Requiem Flower.
- A Magic-type ingredient.
Fast travel to Maiden’s Catacombs – Memorial Garden. Head to the northeast of the map and collect two Virgo Requiem Flowers from the gardens.
For the Broken Orb, move to the Garden of Reincarnation.
Head over to the north side of the map. Use the Emerald Band to reach the opposite end.
As soon as you cross to the other side, a cutscene will play and you will obtain the Broken Orb.
After that, return to the Atelier and synthesize an Ingot.
Synthesizing the Living Bell Fragment
Using the cauldron, scroll down to the bottom of the list and select the Living Bell Fragment’s recipe.
Insert the Broken Orb in the central Quality loop.
Enter a Virgo Requiem Flower in the Quality loop above the central one.
Insert the Ingot in the Quality loop below the central loop.
Use another Virgo Requiem in the bottom-most Quality loop.
After that, synthesize the recipe to obtain the Living Bell Fragment.
Before returning to the Maiden’s Catacombs, make sure to upgrade your party members’ gear. You will battle against three Living Armors as soon as you activate the Living Bell Fragment.
