The Mythic Tools are the best set of tools you can get in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town. Mythic tools are really hard to get, but they will make your farming life easier than ever thanks to their extremely powerful effects.
Requirements

To get mythic tools, you need to find all the cursed tools in the winter mine. After collecting all six cursed tools, you need to remove their cursed effects and make them into blessed tools. You also need to find mythic stones to upgrade your tools.
You can check the guide on how to get blessed tools here: How to Get Cursed and Blessed Tools in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town
How to Get Mythic Stones

To find mythic stones, you need to have all of your cursed tools blessed first. You can then find mythic stones in the spring mine by breaking rocks on any floor below 60. Mythic stones look like burnt branches, like the ones you can find on your farm.
Warning! Mythic stones will not appear past level 60 of the mine until you have blessed ALL the cursed tools.

You can also get mythic stones in the town cottage after unlocking it. Win the game of rock-paper-scissors against the Harvest Goddess on the TV 40-49 times in a row. She will award you with a mythic stone.
Note: The Harvest Goddess will appear to play the rock-paper-scissors game with you every Saturday.
Getting Mythic Tools

Once you have mythic stones, bring them to Saibara, and he will upgrade your blessed tools to the final level. Upgrading a blessed tool to a mythic tool will cost 50,000G and take about 2-3 days to finish.
Tip: If you’re lucky to find many mythic stones, you can sell the ones you don’t need for 20,000G each.
