There are many locations to harvest Northern Wind Flower including:

• By harvesting Blue Flowers essentially anywhere in the game.
• By using the Staff on certain interactable objects in the game.

Despite it’s ubiquity, Kurken Island – Rasen District is one of the best locations to farm Northern Wind Flower because of how early it is in the game and how quickly it is to repeat the farm without costing you any resources.

Best Location for Northern Wind Flower

Kurken Island – Rasen District

To quickly gather Northern Wind Flower, travel to Kurken Island – Rasen District.

As soon as you arrive, you’ll see three sets of flowers straight ahead. The blue flower is the one you want, as it is the one that has a chance of yielding a Northern Wind Flower.

You can harvest the blue flower in a couple seconds and you’ll either get a Northern Wind Flower, a Nameless Grass or both. Because it’s so close to the spawn point of Rasen District and quickly reachable upon arrival, it’s a very fast farm. The map has no monsters and is quite literally a few seconds away from the spawn point, so there’s no reason to really use any other method.

Using Travel Bottles to farm Northern Wind Flower

Typically, we would include a Travel Bottle section along with a list of available bottle codes you can use to access areas with Northern Wind Flower. However, the method described above is so much faster and effortless that there would be absolutely no benefit to using Travel Bottles to farm Northern Wind Flower even if you wanted to split farm two materials.

In the amount of time it would take you to input the bottle code, load into the travel bottle world, run around and harvest the roughly 10 to 16 Northern Wind Flower in the travel bottle world while avoiding combat with the world’s enemies then exiting the world, you could have easily done 10 to 20 runs using the method above. Not to mention saving Gems on restoring the bottle.

For this reason, we won’t be including a Travel Bottle section for Northern Wind Flower. The original method is simply the superior method regardless of your progress in the game.
