After synthesizing the Codex, you won’t immediately get another memory quest. Instead, you have to find clues to the next memory. It’s a bit of deviation but we’ll get back to the memories soon enough

Talk to Monika, Elise, and Pamela to start off with. You have to talk to Monika two times. She is in the clock shop talking to Harol and then she’s by the church. Elise is running the book store and Pamela is in the church. Then return to the Atelier for a cutscene with.

Now we have “Operation: Humanize Plachta! 1” At this point, just sleep until morning for the next cutscene. Then sleep until morning again for another cutscene with Harol. He will ask you to bring him 10 Kaen Stones. They can be gathered from Pilgrim Road, Merbert Farm, Enlightened Mountain, or Moon Sun Moor.  Return to the Atelier for a cutscene. 

After this you have to “take a walk”, just go to the plaza where you will find Fritz for another cutscene. Return to the Atelier. Now we have to make Doll Parts to turn Plachta into a doll. 

You need to talk to Fritz, Leon, Harol, and Julio. After that, return to the Atelier and synthesize Adal Cloth and Spirit Needle. You will need a spirit stone for the Spirit Needle, you have to talk to Logy to figure out where to get it. I won’t go through all of the events and cutscenes in the section since it’s mostly just talking to people. You will need to deliver some Silvalia Harol though. You’ll get the stone from a cutscene when entering Prospectors Stand after talking to Logy. To synthesize the Hades Compass recipe you get after synthesizing the needle, you will need to talk to Corneria to duplicate them. You will have to deliver some Kirchin Milk to her. Finally after you do all that you just have to sleep for days until the events trigger for them to deliver all the stuff to you. Or, you can go gather materials and level up for later. 

After Fritz comes, you’ll be asked to make some Alchemic Clay for him. After crafting the Hades Compass and delivering the clay you will have to wait again. After everything is done and the doll is there, talk to Plactha to finish the soul transfer.

After this just keep talking to your friends and synthesizing stuff until you complete the “take it easy for a while” event. After this we can FINALLY get started on the 8th memory.

The next memory, we have to unlock the recipe for Rubilium. For this we have to perform synthesis and receive thank you gifts.

But first, let’s unlock some Hope recipes! First is the Supreme hot milk. Just go and buy some Kirchin Milk from Marguerite.

For the Training Charm, just investigate the furnace at the blacksmith shop.

To get the Flame Powder, go to Husk Forest and get a Black Orb.

For the Travelers Shoes, just visit these 5 areas.Husk Forest, Rocky Grove, Verdant Hill, Prospector’s Stand, and Merbert Farms 

For Pure Water, visit Moon Sun Moor at night and gather Luminous Water. 

For the Ori Bomb, just synthesize a bomb with the “blue flame” effect by getting the bottom bar to over 50

For the Angel Ribbon, you need to synthesize Gold Thread with the Purifying Water trait. To do this, use holy water to synthesize Zettle, then use the Zettle to make Gold Thread. Make sure to carry the Purifying Water trait through.

Now lastly, is the Noble Sapphire. Synthesize an accessory (I used the Angel Ribbon) and it will be unlocked.

To finish off the memory fragments, you just have to give gifts and wait for thank you gifts in return. This happens in a cutscene after you give a gift and sleep. Also synthesize stuff.
