The Silent Beast Boss Fight Preparations:
- Ideally be at level 10
- He’s weak to ice and thunder, so come prepared with Ice Bombs (this will make the fight pretty easy)
- He stays at level 10 and 400 HP regardless of collection level.
- Stock up on Berg Medicines and Soteas (8-10 of each)
- Utilize buffs/debuffs.
For the 4th memory, you must think up a recipe for “Friendly Persona”. Like the last memory, we have to unlock almost the rest of the recipes first.
First, if you haven’t already, synthesize an Ice Bomb. This will allow you to continue on with unlocking the recipes that follow. After that, go back to The Flower Garden and gather some Raiden Ore from the cave to unlock the lightning bomb recipe.
After gathering, Raiden Ore go back to the Atelier and synthesize a lightning bomb. This will give you access to the Bagel Sandwich, Mana Feather, and Spruce.
To unlock the Bagel Sandwich, all you have to do is synthesize some Ramel Flour, which you need Ramel Wheat, Zettle, and some ore for. The wheat can be gathered from merbert farm, the Zettle can be synthesized, and you can gather ore from the cave in Merbert Farm too.
Next is the Mana Feather, to get the recipe for it you have to defeat a Kaiser Pidgeon. You can find them in the Flower Garden. They can be kind of tough to beat, but if you use lightning bombs they do massive damage to them.
To unlock Spruce go to The Gathering of Beasts and gather from the gathering spots until you get Kifa.
Next, for the Warding Charm, you need to just simply buy the Pious Talisman from Pamela at the church.
Now we have to find the location of Prospectors Strand. You will learn the location from Elise from the Book Store. If she isn’t there then you may want to check the Nearby Forest area from your local map.
Our goal here is to defeat a special Chimera Beast called the “Silent Beast”. He’s a fairly difficult boss monster so come prepared! The best tactic is to start the fight with Sophie’s Aura Field to increase your party’s defense. After that, use Oskar’s Spinning Shovel to decrease the Silent Beasts defense, increasing your damage against it. Finally, use Monika’s Light Edge ability to decrease the beast’s attack power. Maintain these buffs and debuffs. Next, use all the Ice Bombs you have synthesized. This will most likely do the trick in defeating him, but if not just fight it like you normally would until you win!
Now you should be done! Return to the Atelier for a cutscene and new gathering fields.
