Events with Rick
Medicine for Lillia
Date: Any date, summer season only
Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
When you visit the Poultry Farm, Lillia will tell you that the farm isn’t open today as she’s feeling unwell. Rick and Popuri arrive, each of them carrying medicine for Lillia. Seeing this makes Lillia happy, and the Poultry Farm closes for the rest of the day.
Letter from Rod
Date: Any day during summer, except Sunday or Tuesday, must be in Year 3 or later
Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
To view this event, Rick and Popuri cannot be married.
When you arrive at the farm, Lillia is about to open a letter from her husband. Rod talks about his travels and asks how his family is doing. The letter makes Lillia happy, as she’s excited to hear from her husband.
Kai and Rick’s Argument
Date: Any day during the summer season
Time: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
When you go to Mineral Beach between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, you’ll find Kai and Rick in an argument. Rick doesn’t want his sister hanging around Kai, but Kai tells Rick that he should let Popuri do whatever she wants. Rick then angrily walks away.
Customers for Kai

Time: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Rick is one of the customers who visits Kai’s restaurant during this event.
Visit Kai’s restaurant at Mineral Beach between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Kai tells you he doesn’t have any customers. Popuri shows up with a lot of customers, and now Kai is worried that it’ll be too difficult for him to cook for all of them. You agree to help Kai, and he thanks you for your help.
Note: The day will end when you trigger this event, so finish all your tasks before going to the beach.
Rick’s Worries
Date: Any day, except in the summer season
Time: 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
When Rick and Karen have been married, go to the Poultry Farm in any season except summer. Inside, you’ll find Rick feeling anxious because Popuri has gotten married and she cannot help at the farm anymore.
Karen comforts Rick, assuring him that she will help in the Poultry Farm.
Rival Heart Events
Each potential marriage candidate has their own rival heart events. Once you’ve viewed their orange heart event, they will marry your rival after seven days. You cannot view a rival heart event when the girl involved has a higher affection level for you.
For example, if you want to view Popuri and Kai’s green rival heart event, Popuri’s affection should be green or lower. If she has an orange or red heart, the rival heart event will not trigger.
Black Rival Heart Event
Location: Hot Springs
Date: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday
Time: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Karen asks Rick about his father, who left the town long ago to find a cure for Lillia. Rick gets upset because he hasn’t heard from his father for a long time. Karen assures Rick that they will take care of things while his father is away.
Blue Rival Heart Event
Location: Mineral Forest
Date: Sunday or Monday, except in spring
Time: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Go to the forest on a sunny Monday or Sunday. You must exit Gotz’s house or enter from the northeast entrance (next to the Poultry Farm). This event will not play if you enter from your farm or from the path to Mother’s Hill.
You will see Rick and Karen reminiscing about their childhood. Rick laughs at a funny memory of Karen, which makes her upset. Karen walks away as Rick tries to understand why she got angry.
Green Rival Heart Event
Location: Hot Springs
Date: Wednesday or Friday, Year 2 or later
Time: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
To view this event, enter the Spring Mine and then exit immediately. Rick saves Karen from a wild dog that attacked her. Karen thanks Rick for saving her, but she is worried about Rick getting hurt.
Orange Rival Heart Event
Location: Poultry Farm
Date: Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday, Year 4 or later
Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
To view this event, Popuri must be married. You also need to enter the Poultry Farm and then exit to trigger the event.
When you exit the Poultry Farm, you’ll find Rick and Karen talking about Lillia’s health. Lillia arrives and asks Rick if he’s going to propose to Karen soon. This makes Rick embarrassed, and Karen goes home.
Note: Rick and Karen will get married seven days after this event.
