The Royal Mail can be found in a chest in The Haven after you upgrade it three times. This unique armor is one of the best pieces for Aishe in the game.

Unlocking The Haven
You can start the quest to unlock The Haven after you save Regenstein in the past. You’ll find the new island to the south of Pilchard Bay.
Land there and enter The Haven. Talk to Carey, the girl in front of the giant rock. She wants you to recruit people to make a town. Answer with “yes” and then go back to Pilchard Bay.
Head to the docks and talk to the bard, Phlegmrique. He’ll agree to join the town. Go back to The Haven, talk to Carey again and accept to keep helping her. She’ll also give you a Stone Tablet. You can use these tablets in the altar below the central rock to explore different dungeons.
Upgrading The Haven
From this point onwards, you can find and recruit different NPCs for the town after you clear certain points in the main story. The town will also be upgraded after getting a certain number of residents. Check this list to see where you can find all the residents:

You can recruit all the residents in any order you want, except for the first and last ones. After reaching some milestones, The Haven will be upgraded and new treasure chests will show up. You need 14 residents to get to the third upgrade.
Finding the Orichalcum Fang
After you upgrade The Haven a third time, four locked chests will spawn in Phlegmrique’s house. You’ll need the Ultimate Key to open them, which you can find in the Cathedral of Blight by following the main story.
Once you have the key, Zoom to The Haven, enter the eastern house and open the first chest to get the Royal Mail. The other chests have the Orichalcum Fangs, a Mysterious Fragment and a Malevolent Heart.
Congratulations! The Royal Armor can only be worn by Aishe. It has the third-highest defense stat in the game, so it’s a good idea to give it to her and leave the Gaia Armor and the Metal King Armor for other party members.
