There are 64 landmarks you will need to find for Tao’s Exploration Log, of which 4 of them are located in Hidden Cove Temple. Some of them are hidden around the maps while others are only accessible with specific gathering tools.
You will need to complete the following requirements to access all landmarks:
- Defeat the final boss: The final landmarks only become accessible once you beat the Ravaging Queen.
- Synthesize the Wind Shoes with Lightweight and Wind Rider: Some landmarks are locked behind wind currents or stone crossings. You will need the Wind Shoes with both effects in order to access these landmarks.
- A guide for synthesizing the Wind Shoes can be found here.

Hidden Cove Temple

Fast travel to Hidden Cove – Dreamer’s Shore.
Head over to the southeast part of the map and you will find a wall with a narrow gap.

Squeeze through the gap and you will reach the Hidden Cove Temple on the other side.

Silent Bell

Fast travel to Hidden Cove – Cathedral Garden. Walk in a straight line to the center of the map and you will reach the Silent Bell. You will also find a large Grand Tusk there.

Ruined Garden

This landmark requires Wind Shoes with the Wind Rider effect.
Still on Hidden Cove – Cathedral Garden, head past the Silent Bell and walk behind the Grand Tusk. You will find a wind current there.

Use the Wind Shoes, jump on the current and cross over to the next platform. You will also find another current there.

Once again, use the Wind Shoes and cross over to the third platform, where you will find the Ruined Garden.

Sealed Altar

Fast travel to Hidden Cove – Boundary Cathedral.
Head over to the south of the map and walk up the stairway leading to the Underworld portal. Doing so will add the Sealed Altar to the Exploration Log.
