
There are 64 landmarks you will need to find for Tao’s Exploration Log, of which 4 of them are located in Liese Valley. Some of them are hidden around the maps while others are only accessible with specific gathering tools.
You will need to complete the following requirements to access all landmarks:
- Defeat the final boss: The final landmarks only become accessible once you beat the Ravaging Queen.
- Synthesize the Wind Shoes with Lightweight and Wind Rider: Some landmarks are locked behind wind currents or stone crossings. You will need the Wind Shoes with both effects in order to access these landmarks.

Liese Valley Landmarks
There are 4 landmarks at the Liese Valley. You will need Wind Shoes with the Lightweight and Wind Rider effect to access some of them, as well as the Bomb Rod or Bomb Hammer.

Hidden Storage

Fast travel to Liese Valley – Valley Path. Head over to the east side of the map, where you will find a wall with a gap in it.

Squeeze through the gap and you will find the Hidden Storage on the other side of the wall.

Stone Stage

You will need Wind Shoes with the Wind Rider Effect and a Bomb Rod for this landmark. Stone Stage is on the Ancient Battlefield, but can only be accessed from the Valley Path.
On the Valley Path, head over to the northeast side of the map. Use the Bomb Rod on the boulders blocking the way.

Continue to the northeast of the map and you will reach these wind currents. Use the Wind Shoes to ride the currents.

Continue along the mountain path. You will gain access to a secret area on the Ancient Battlefield.
Head over to the center of the map and you will arrive on the Stone Stage. This is where you will find the King of Storms.

You will also find the Great Wind Element on your way to the Stone Stage.
Stone Giant’s Mound

Fast travel to Liese Valley – Ancient Battlefield.
Follow the road towards the Broken Defense Line. You will eventually reach the area where you fought the Dragon Lord in the main story.
Walk to the stone tablet and the Stone Giant’s Mound will be added to the Exploration Log.

Grand Stairway

Fast travel to Liese Valley – Broken Defense Line. Continue towards the Pynnor Holy Tower and you will reach the Grand Stairway.
This landmark is unmissable, as it’s part of the main story’s progression.
