There are 64 landmarks you will need to find for Tao’s Exploration Log, of which 5 of them are located in Underworld and 1 of them is in Kurken Bunker. Some of them are hidden around the maps while others are only accessible with specific gathering tools.
You will need to complete the following requirements to access all landmarks:
- Defeat the final boss: The final landmarks only become accessible once you beat the Ravaging Queen.
- Synthesize the Wind Shoes with Lightweight and Wind Rider: Some landmarks are locked behind wind currents or stone crossings. You will need the Wind Shoes with both effects in order to access these landmarks.

Underworld Landmarks
There are 5 landmarks at the Underworld. Although no exploration tools are needed, you must beat the Ravaging Queen in order to access all the landmarks in this area.
Kilo’s Camp
Fast travel to Underworld – Ashen Forest. Simply continue along the path to the Lost Oren City and you will arrive at Kilo’s Camp.
Symbiosis Monument
Fast travel to Underworld – Lost Oren City. As soon as you arrive, you will notice a large stone tablet. Walk to it and you will add the Symbiosis Monument to the Exploration Log.
Extinction Black Gate
This landmark is part of the main story, and therefore unmissable.
In the Lost Oren City, simply follow the road to the Dark Abyss. You will reach the Extinction Black Gate along the way.
Forbidden Workshop
Just past the Extinction Black Gate, continue to the west side of the map. You will find a wall with a gap in it.
Squeeze through the gap and you will find the Forbidden Workshop on the other side. You will also find multiple Shadow Commanders roaming around.
Pillager’s Stone Tower
This is where you fought the Ravaging Queen in the main story. The landmark itself, however, only becomes accessible once you defeat the final boss.
Fast travel to Underworld – Dark Abyss and make your way to the north side of the map. Walk up the stairway and you will reach the top of Pillager’s Stone Tower.
Kurken Bunker Landmarks
There is 1 landmark at Kurken Bunker. No exploration tools are needed to reach it.
Floration Reactor
Fast travel to Kurken Bunker – Heart of the Island. Walk up the stairway and you will reach the Flotation Reactor.
