The five Travel Bottles are located, respectively, at Cathedral Garden, Pynnor Holy Tower, Kurken Bunker, Kurken Island and Limewick Hill.
All Bottles will automatically level up whenever you obtain a new one.
In order to obtain all five Travel Bottles, you must have completed the main story. The fifth and final Bottle requires a clear save file.
Where to Find the Travel Bottles
The first Travel Bottle is a main story item, while the other four will require you to find them.
Travel Bottle: Sun
You will obtain the Travel Bottle: Sun at the Cathedral Garden. It is an unmissable item, and mandatory for the main story’s completion.
As soon as you arrive at Cathedral Garden, head over to the hall on the right side.
Simply continue along the circular hall and you will find the first Travel Bottle. This is an unmissable event.
Travel Bottle: Moon
You will find the Travel Bottle: Moon in the Heretic’s Lab’s second inner hall.
Head up the staircase in the first inner hall.
In the second inner hall, head towards the back of the room. You will find a Sandstorm Tyrant and a treasure chest behind it.
Just like all large monsters, the Sandstorm Tyrant won’t move or attack you. Walk behind it and open the chest to obtain the second Bottle.
Travel Bottle: Star
You will find the Travel Bottle: Star in the Kurken Bunker’s Stairway Hall.
Head down the stairway and walk to the left side of the hall.
Continue towards the left-end of the hall, where you will find a treasure chest.
Open the treasure chest to obtain the third Bottle.
Travel Bottle: Space
You can buy the Travel Bottle: Space from Lubart Valentz on Kurken Island.
Fast travel to Old Town – Residential Square and enter the Valentz’s residence. Talk to Klaudia’s father and scroll down the menu.
The Travel Bottle is available for five gold coins.
Travel Bottle: Universe
Travel Bottle: Universe only becomes available in the postgame. You will obtain it after defeating the Great Dark Element on Limewick Hill.
After completing the main story, continue your save from a clear file. The Great Dark Element will spawn on Traveler’s Road – Limewick Hill.
You will find the Great Dark Element on the altar at the center of the map. This is where you would usually find the large Shining Puni.
The battle starts as soon as you approach her. Although the Great Dark Element doesn’t hit particularly hard, she does have a sizable HP pool. You may need to heal through her damage at least once.
Once you defeat the Great Dark Element, you will receive the fifth Bottle.
The Great Dark Element won’t respawn after that. Once you get all five Travel Bottles, you will be able to challenge her again by entering the password G162.
You can also challenge the Queen of Shadows, the strongest boss in the base game, with the password WSCG.
Leveling Up the Travel Bottles
As mentioned earlier, all Travel Bottles level up whenever you get a new one.
The Travel Bottles’ level is determined by the number of bottles you own:
- One Bottle: level 20.
- Two Bottles: level 30.
- Three Bottles: level 40.
- Four Bottles: level 50.
- Five Bottles: level 200.
Although you can synthesize worlds that exceed the Bottles’ level, you won’t be able to restock them. Once you have all five Travel Bottles, you will be able to freely explore any world, regardless of its level.
