To upgrade your barn and chicken coop, go to the Woodcutter’s House and speak to Gotz. You need to have the required lumber and gold for the upgrade.
You can get lumber by chopping branches or tree stumps with an upgraded axe, or you can buy them from Gotz for 50g each.

You start the game with a small chicken coop that houses up to 4 chickens. It has four feed boxes and an incubator to hatch eggs. To upgrade the chicken coop, you need the following:

Gotz will take 3 days to finish upgrading your chicken coop to the large one. You can have up to 8 chickens in the large chicken coop. The upgrade will also add another incubator inside to hatch eggs.

Getting the Mayonnaise, Cheese, and Yarn Maker

After you upgrade your chicken coop, the mayonnaise, cheese, and yarn maker become available at Saibara’s shop. You need 20,000G and an adamantite ore for each machine.
Tip: You can find adamantite ore while mining in the spring mine on floor 10 and higher.

To use the makers, simply put the item in the machine, and you’ll immediately receive the new item. You can sell mayonnaise, cheese, and yarn for more gold than the raw products you used to make them.
