Basic Information
Zack is the person who stops by your farm every day to collect goods from your shipping bin. He is also responsible for the delivery of goods you ordered from the TV Shopping Network. Zack never misses a day collecting the items in your shipping bin except for holidays, where he collects them the following day.
Zack is a friendly person and he will even give you a fishing rod when you first meet him at his house. He will also teach you the recipe for fried noodles when you befriend him.

Where Can You Find Zack?
Zack lives in a cottage on Mineral Beach. From your house, go to Rose Square where you’ll find the entrance to the beach. Zack’s house is near the docks, next to Kai’s restaurant.

Popuri’s Delivery

Time: Any
Visit Zack’s house on Mineral Beach. Popuri will come shortly after you, asking Zack if a package has come for her. Zack tells her that the package has arrived. It is a surprise birthday present for Popuri’s mother, Lillia.
Popuri will ask you and Zack to keep it a secret from Lillia. Agree to keep the secret, and Popuri and Zack will be happy.
Carter’s Delivery
Date: Wednesdays, any season
Time: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Visit the Church on a Wednesday evening to find Carter, who is excited about something. He tells you he heard a voice saying that good fortune will come to him while he’s inside the church confessional. Zack arrives and informs Carter that the “thing” he wanted has arrived, which makes him happy.
Won’s Golden Service Time

Go to Zack’s house between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM to view this event.
When you arrive, Karen will walk in shortly after you. She has come to check the new shop in town. Won tells you to move out of the way, as he focuses his attention on Karen. He asks Karen to pick an item for free as part of his “golden service” time.
Karen picks an item, then she thanks Won and leaves. Zack then asks Won to also get his free item, but he tells Zack he must pay.
Zack’s Concern
Date: Any, must be Year 4 or later
Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
When you visit the Poultry Farm, you will find Zack visiting Lillia, asking how she’s feeling. Lillia says she’s doing fine and thanks Zack for his concern, but she tells him not to get his hopes up. This makes Zack sad, and he leaves the farm.
Customers for Kai

Time: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Zack is one of the customers who visits Kai’s restaurant during this event.
Visit Kai’s restaurant at Mineral Beach between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Kai tells you he doesn’t have any customers. Popuri shows up with a lot of customers, and now Kai is worried that it’ll be too difficult for him to cook for all of them. You agree to help Kai, and he thanks you for your help.
Note: The day will end when you trigger this event, so finish all your tasks before going to the beach.
